Out of all of our stays in Italy, La Domus Firenze was our absolute favorite! Samuele was an amazing host, very responsive, flexible with check-in and very hospitable. The apartment is beautiful, very modern, clean and we loved the layout and 3 bathrooms! The welcome gift was very unexpected and very appreciated. The location is great, the apartment is walking distance from the train station and all the main attractions in Florence! Samuele, gave us great recommendations on activities and dining! The only downside (which was my mistake) is there is no lift for this third floor apartment but we made it up the stairs with all our luggage in one trip, and Sabrina (cleaning crew) was lovely enough to help us, she is wonderful she also gave us dining recommendations, we ended up going to Bucca Mario’s for dinner one night. We highly recommend Samuele’s AirBnB, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you, until next time!

This place is amazing! I tend to hate airbnb reviews because they tend to sound inflated, but man, this place was awesome! We have never been so well treated before at an airbnb! The location is perfect to go in and out whenever needed, as it is close to a lot of awesome things in the city. We traveled with infants, so it was very easy to go back to the apartment for naps, and still be able to explore the city. The place looks incredible in the pictures, and it looks even better in person! I hope my home looks this good someday. Communication with Samuele was great. Thanks to his recommendations we probably had the best meal we had in all of our visit to Italy (and we went to 5 different cities on our trip). If this place is available, make sure to stay here! We will be coming back here next time we are in town. I can’t recommend this place more highly.

Samuele may have the nicest Airbnb in Florence. Samuele was an extremely gracious host and was vey communicative. The apartment is tucked away from the busy city square in a quiet and cozy street. It is also super centrally located just a few minutes away from all the landmarks. The apartment is also closely located to a supermarket and a pharmacy in case you need anything. Getting into and out of the apartment is incredibly easy with the electronic code system and there’s no need to keep track of keys! The inside of the apartment is stunning, the kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washer/dryer. The bedrooms are incredibly cozy and each has an adjoining bathroom, offering a lot of privacy. This was a 10/10 experience and if I ever get the chance to return to Florence I will definitely be staying here again 🙂 !!

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was at Samuele’s, without a doubt the best we experienced during our trip.
The apartment had plenty of space for our family of five to spread out, and the local treats waiting for us when we arrived were a fantastic treat. The location was perfect – close to everything yet far enough removed. Plenty of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the area was very peaceful at night. While the pictures on the listing are great, the actual interior was 10x and is even more beautiful and inviting in person.
As a host, Samuele was proactive in his communication and always quick to respond to our questions. He helped us out with early check-in, and his restaurant recommendations were top notch.
If we make our way back to Florence again, there is no question we will be spending it at Samuele’s.
